What is UniRadar?
UniRadar is a free events aggregator for university students. It allows students to discover, track and get notified of events at or around campus - all on their iPhone.
Events include society / group parties and meetups, sporting games, happy hour at pubs, discounted food or drinks, music gigs, gallery openings, notable speakers at your uni, etc. It's completely up to you what events you see and get notified about.
What are Featured Events? These are events specially selected by the UniRadar team to highlight what you should look out for this week. It's a great way to discover awesome events!
What is "Following"? You can follow societies you are a member of, your favourite sports team or the uni bar to always get notified of events they post. You will see all of these in your events list.
Events List? These are all of the events you're keeping tabss on in a straightforward list. You'll always be up to date with the groups you follow and see everything that's going on.
Which universities does UniRadar support?
How do I post events?
You start the process by clicking the huge button below. It takes less than a minute to sign up and be ready to post your first event.
Who can sign up? Anyone who has anything to do with universities / colleges. If you run a society, fraternity or group, you can sign up to create an account on UniRadar, which allow you and all of your team to take charge of your event calendar.
Once you have signed up, you will appear in the iPhone app immediately, so you can send a message to all of your members telling them to follow you. This is the easiest way to keep everyone informed of your events. They'll be able to see the event information on their iPhone and get notifications when you post or update events (don't worry, they can turn these off if they find it annoying).
What about Facebook? You can link everything up to Facebook. UniRadar will sync all of the events you post to your society's Facebook Profile or Page or you can post the events on UniRadar and have them posted to Facebook at the same time. It doesn't get easier than that!

Zac has always been an entrepreneur at heart, ever since he discovered selling single pieces of Hubba Bubba at an inflated cost could cover the expense of another packet... in Year 3 and has now settled on building UniRadar. Zac is the iOS developer and half of the brains behind the business.

Known for an inability to maintain an inside voice at appropriate decibels and a compulsive need to micromanage everything, Sharon is the loud and bubbly, yet organised personality behind UniRadar and bears the whip when Zac strays. Befitting her eccentric demeanour, Sharon is associated with everything from external public relations to directing the inner workings of UniRadar.
UniRadar was born out of Sharon’s sheer desire to do something more productive with her time compared to the usual droning torts essays and law readings.

Laurence acts as the link between venues and UniRadar. He won’t rest until every uni student has had the ‘UniRadar experience’; i.e. he wants to give you access to the best clubs/parties as well as dirt cheap food/drink. When not UniRadaring, Laurence enjoys criticising peoples’ taste in music and films, and exploring his concerning passions for both Mortal Kombat and designer underwear… often at the same time. He is the business acumen of the UniRadar family and bears the whip whenever Sharon’s arm gets tired.
Head sales Representative
When not viciously attacking the internet with her witty banter, Maree enjoys painting rainbows and singing to homeless children… but not really. Maree just enjoys making life bigger and brighter with every smile… a smile commonly used to reel people in and convince them to convert to the UniRadar ways, giving cheaper deals to Uni students everywhere ! (Yay ! Free stuff!)
